Yodel is pleased to offer a new suite of delivery services tailored to the needs of businesses, retailers, and consumers – all providing a great service at a great price. Yodel’s wide range of services ensures you can provide your customers with an excellent delivery experience. XPRESS, XPECT, XPERT & ROI/CI have been created to make the delivery process easier, for clients and the end customer alike.

We keep all our clients updated with unlimited access to their customer dashboards. Yodel Xpress

Our Yodel Xpress service is affordable and convenient, your every day parcel delivery solution.

This service runs through our courier network of 5,000 drivers, our Yodel couriers work within your local postcode delivering parcels between 7:30am-9:00pm, six days a week as standard. Xpress offers that extra flexibility that comes with having local couriers, for example, if you were not available when we attempted to deliver you can phone your local courier to arrange re-delivery at a time that is convenient for you.

Xpress is offered with a Next Day or Two Day delivery option. Your parcel can be tracked and we will attempt to deliver your parcel 3 times over 3 consecutive working days. If not delivered it will be returned to the local Yodel Service Centre and held for a further 7 days.

With a maximum weight of 17kg and length of 120cm this service is perfect for small to medium sized parcels.

Xpress offers customer alert notifications to your mobile phone or via email. Alerts include, when your parcel is out for delivery along with the courier number to call, if it is not convenient or when it has been delivered/left with a neighbour/left safe. If no one is available we provide you with the courier details to arrange a mutually more convenient redelivery time. If not contacted we will automatically redeliver the next day.

Yodel Xpect

Yodel Xpect is Yodel’s Van Based delivery service. Xpect offers a before 12 noon service for those urgent deliveries as well as Next Day and Two Day options.

Parcels are delivered 6 days per week from 8am-6pm with email/SMS notifications as standard for all parcels. The “out for delivery” alert will also contain a 2 hour ETA and is provided for all services within the Xpect range.

Xpect has a 30kg maximum weight limit with a maximum length of 120cm. An XL option is available, provided on a two day service for items with a maximum length of 170cm.

Yodel Xpert

Yodel Xpert

If you are looking for that extra service then Xpert is the perfect solution.

Yodel Xpert is offered as an enhanced Xpect service, providing a van based delivery with 2 hour delivery notifications but with the addition of bespoke handling.

Yodel ROI And CI

Yodel ROI and CI

Yodel’s Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Channel Island (CI) service offers a 30kg weight limit, Two Day or Three Day delivery. 

We work with Fastways in Republic of Ireland, Jersey Post and Guernsey Post in the Channel Islands providing you with a great reliable service.

In Republic of Ireland (ROI), if no one is available to accept delivery, we will attempt a further 2 times to achieve a successful delivery.

In Channel Islands, if your recipient is out at the time of delivery the parcel will be delivered to the local post office for collection. We also take the hassle out of sending to the Channel Islands by notifying customs clearance for you.
